June 26th was the perfect night for a Pit Stop! We only had 3 Uncertains, but we still had a great time when we went to The Pit Stop in Clifford, ND for their Monday Night Steak Fry. Kirby was cooking up steaks while Judy was in charge of all the fixins' Monday night. We were treated to garlic toast, lettuce, coleslaw, oven potatoes and green beans before being served our steaks. The steaks were again cooked to order, and these were grilled outside to perfection. We all ordered a steak and were impressed by how tender and well seasoned they were! When we asked Kirby for his secret seasoning recipe he told us he uses a combination of 5 different seasonings that he mixes all together before seasoning the steaks with them. All we can say is-Great Secret Recipe Kirby. These were some of the most well-seasoned steaks we have had this year! On a scale of 1-5 vans we give these a 5! Especially with the Busch Light Bottles! We will definitely back for one of Kirby's Monday Night Summer Steak Frys (check the picture for dates and times for the next one)!! Remember to send us your suggestions for places to go!
