The Dirty Gun Bar & Grill Amenia, ND

Star Wars and Steak Fry National Star Wars Day took the Uncertains to The Dirty Gun in Amenia, ND. Thursday, May 4th was the first of many (we hope) steak nights at The Dirty Gun. We arrived to see the outside set up with picnic tables all over. We lucked out with a beautiful spring day making this the perfect setting for a steak fry. Joined by friends from around the area we pushed a couple tables together and enjoyed the weather. We then proceeded into the bar to order our steaks. We put out orders in at the bar and then headed to the back to load up on all of the fixins'. Lettuce and potato salad along with baked potatoes and garlic toast were all there for the taking, as well as an assortment of salad and baked potato toppings. Then we headed out to wait for our steaks. By the time we were finished with the first course Ben was delivering our steaks which had been prepared on the outside grill. Although the only option was an 8 oz. sirloin, all steaks were made to order and skillfully prepared. Well done Ben (pun intended)! With full bellies and a couple of notches loosened on our belts we were on our way. All in all, for $12.75 we would definitely say the meal was a success. The company was entertaining and the staff was attentive and efficient. Driving home after lots of laughs, full stomachs on this beautiful night we certainly give the Dirty Gun's steak fry a thumbs up. May the 4th be with you!
