Our first stop of the season took us to McGuires Pub and Grub. Offering full disclosure this is “OUR” place. Serving up big burgers, excellent cheese balls and a stellar grilled cheese. McGuires also serves cold Busch light in a bottle or a can. Owned and operated by the matriarch of Pillsbury, Carol McGuire brings her own special flair to the best Mushroom and Swiss this side of the Mississippi or Maple Rivers. McGuires ambiance is a mixture of witty banter and feisty conversation. This a definite must go. And remember to order your burger “made with love”
